Nigeria election: Laughter, reactions trail President Buhari’s peeps at Aisha’s ballot paper
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Saturday, February 23, cast his vote in his hometown, Daura local government area of Katsina state.

The First Lady, who was also in Katsina to vote, was reported to have voted before President Buhari, but the major point of attention was when the president was trying peep into his wife’s ballot paper peradventure to confirm if she voted for him.

Recall that Aisha hails from Adamawa state, where President Buhari’s main challenger, Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), also hails from.

The wife, Aisha, voted before the president at 8.06 a.m, while the president voted at 8.10 a.m. at the Kofar Baru, Sarkin Yara “A” ward in Daura.
